This Masjid was built in early 14th century A.D. The open pillared prayer chamber of the Masjid is divided into three compartments. The three domes are supported by 48 pillars in two rows of 12 each in front and 1 at the back. Its western wall contains niches provided with pointed arches and carved on the general pattern on the niches in Hindu temples, but with motifs characteristic of Islamic ornamentation.
