It is located in Khas Bazaar to south of Karanj. On the basis of inscription over the central mehrabs A.D. 1538-39 is the date of construction of the mosque by Nau-Khan son of Chiman, entitled Farhat-ul-Mulk in the reign of Mahmud Shah III, son of Latif Shah I, the mosque has three rows of equal sized domes on the roof. It has three mehrabs, with perforated windows in between. There are two balcony windows and two slender minarets. Grave of Shah Khub Sayyid Muhammad Chisti is on the north side of the mosque in the courtyard.
